The device monitors various parameters of the Engine and Alternator and also provides protection in a single integrated package.It also provides comprehensive monitoring of the Engine & Generator operating parameters and does automatic shutdown of the genset in the event of damaging conditions.

EMS324 is diesel generator controller designed for small gensets(3.5KVA - 12.5KVA) sold in the private market segment. The unit incorporates key switch initiated start and stop sequencing, monitors engine and alternator operating parameters and provides both engine and alternator protection in a single integrated package. The Genset operating parameters are shown in sequence on a four character seven segment LED display. Separate LEDs indicate which parameter is currently being shown. Alarms and Warnings are indicated on the seven segment display using Error Codes, which are printed on the Front Label.

Alarms and warnings are shown on the LCD and supplemented by an alarm LED and Hooter output. The unit provides Passwords for security purpose. The unit incorporates an Event Log and a Stop Alarm Log to give the Field Service Engineer the operational history and alarm history for easier diagnostics.
